To Be the Best - You Must Train with the Best
All in the Family

All in the Family

Some say "it's in the genes".  Which doesn't mean if you don't have good athletic genes, you can't be fast.  You can.  Contrary to many beliefs, speed can be taught (I know, I've been getting people faster for over 20 years!).  However, we can only be as fast as our genetic potential allows us to be.  Luckily, I happened to come from great athletic genes.

Here's to the Family!!!
